* “Open registration” is for students who are either returning to WTC or who are new applicants with completed application paperwork which includes:
(1) making application to the College;
(2) taking placement tests or providing SAT, ACT, or COMPASS scores; and
(3) providing copies of all official high school or other college transcripts.

**”Late registration” also requires provision of the three items listed above for any new applicants. Beginning May 2012, no new enrollees will be allowed after the last day of late registration each semester.
